RXC - 001 - Determine the best place for the system, start the excavate.
RXC - 002 - Insert underlayment and liner.
RXC - 003 - The matrix boxes...
RXC - 004 - Lots of water capacity!
RXC - 005 - The snorkel and centipede. The snorkel will hold the pump.
RXC - 006 - Stability of the matrix boxes is important.
RXC - 007 - Heavy geo-grid for over the matrix boxes.
RXC - 008 - The system totally rocked in with a waterfall. The left side even had earth back filled over part of it.
RXC - 009 - A hook up for all the drains to drain into the reservoir. You capture the water from your yard for future use!
RXC - 010 - A temporary valve coming out of the snorkel (the pump chamber). The valve will be shortened later.
RXC - 011 - The overflow outlet. If the system becomes to full it will drain out here.
RXC - 012 -
RXC - 013 - A rain filter basin at each downspout. The rain water is filtered here and directed by pipes to the reservoir.
RXC - 014 - Another downspout...
RXC - 015 - The only day we had to add water was the first day. Thereafter, the rain took care of it.
RXC - 016 - The water feature running. This is a bonus to the rain-exchange system. Notice the pump ready for irrigation now.
RXC - 017 - A destitute corner turned into a beautiful and purposeful corner of the yard.
RXC - 018 - A beautiful water feature... and as much rain water as you could use... at your finger tips. A successful self sustained water project!
